Leslie Carter Cause of Death: What Happened to Leslie Carter?

On January 31, 2012, at age 25, Leslie Carter, who had complained of feeling ill after falling in the shower, was found unresponsive at the home of Robert and her stepmother Ginger Elrod Carter, in Mayville, New York, and was pronounced dead on arrival of the hospital.

While not attributing a cause of death, a Chautauqua County police incident report and supplemental “Overdose Follow up” report said Carter, had suffered an overdose and was taking the prescription medications olanzapine (Zyprexa), cyclobenzaprine (a muscle relaxant) and alprazolam (Xanax).

Leslie was buried in Chautauqua Cemetary in Chautaqua, New York.

Leslie’s daughter was just 10 months old when she died.
